    What to do when you feel alone, sad or angry

    First of all, put some happy music on

    It may sound crazy to put a happy mix to play when you feel like it’s the end of the world, but it’s not. Music has its unique way of cheering you up when you feel sad, angry, tired, upset, or alone and it’s worth listening to some music today.     Drink a hot beverage.

    Try to get some small goals today!

    Self-care is important today

    When you don’t feel good, self-care is the best thing you can do for yourself. Even if we are talking about a long bubble bath, a hot shower, your favorite scent, anything that you want to do today to take care of yourself is the best thing you can do, and you definitely should do it.

    Do something new!

    It doesn’t matter what it is. It may be reading a new book, painting your nails in a new color, journaling, running, cooking something new, going for a walk in a new place, or maybe buying yourself flowers. It must be something you didn’t do before. Why? Doing a new activity means you get out of your house, and you have the courage to do it. And if you can do this today, when you feel sad, angry, and alone, you can do it every day to make you feel better.

    And most importantly, have faith. Better days are coming, even if it doesn’t look like that today.
